WelcomeTV is designed around a simple and structured workflow.
Instead of managing every TV individually, content is organized centrally and distributed automatically to players.
The WelcomeTV Workflow #
The platform follows four main steps:
1. Create Content #
Upload images or videos as slides.
These slides become the building blocks of your TV content.
Examples:
- Restaurant promotions
- WiFi information
- Spa advertisements
- Excursion videos
2. Organize Content #
Add slides into slideshows and arrange the playback order.
You can also configure:
- Slide duration
- Background music
- Playback structure
3. Assign Slideshows #
Assign the slideshow to one or more WelcomeTV Players.
Different players can use different slideshows depending on location or purpose.
4. Display Content #
Players automatically display the assigned content on connected TVs.
Updates synchronize automatically over time when players are online.
Why this structure matters #
Separating slides, slideshows and players keeps the platform scalable and easier to manage.
For example:
- One slideshow can be used on multiple TVs
- Reception TVs can display different content than guest rooms
- Content can be updated centrally instead of per TV
- Large properties remain manageable as more screens are added
A hotel may use one slideshow for reception, another for restaurant screens and another one for guest rooms — all managed from the same dashboard.
