Existing slides can be updated at any time from the All Slides page.
This allows you to keep content current without needing to recreate slides from scratch.
Editing a Slide #
To edit a slide:
- Open All Slides
- Select the slide you want to update
- Modify the desired settings
- Save the changes
You can update:
- Slide title
- Uploaded image or video
- Video audio settings
- General slide content
Replacing Media #
Existing media can be replaced with updated versions at any time.
Common examples:
- Updated restaurant menus
- New promotional campaigns
- Seasonal resort visuals
- Corrected pricing information
- Improved video quality
Tip:
Replacing an existing slide is often easier than creating entirely new duplicates for every small update.

Automatic Player Updates #
After saving changes, players using slideshows that contain the slide will eventually refresh automatically.
Depending on:
- Internet connectivity
- Player synchronization timing
- Local caching behavior
Updates may not appear instantly on all TVs.
Preview Before Saving #
Always preview edited slides before saving important changes.
Verify:
- Aspect ratio
- Video playback
- Image quality
- Audio behavior
- Readability on TV screens
