Logging In to Your Dashboard

Access to the WelcomeTV dashboard requires a valid account provided by WelcomeTV.
After logging in, you will be redirected to your customer dashboard where you can manage slides, slideshows, players and subscription settings.

Logging In #

To log in:

  1. Open the WelcomeTV login page
  2. Enter your email address or username
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Login

After successful login you will automatically enter the WelcomeTV dashboard.

Forgot Your Password? #

If you no longer remember your password:

  1. Use the password reset option on the login page
  2. Follow the instructions sent to your email address
  3. Create a new password

If password recovery does not work, please contact support for assistance.

Security Recommendations #

  • Do not share login credentials publicly
  • Use strong passwords
  • Update passwords when staff changes occur
  • Avoid using the same password across multiple systems
