The WelcomeTV dashboard is the central place where you manage your content, slideshows, players and subscription.
Each section has its own purpose, so once you understand the basic layout, managing your screens becomes much easier.

Main dashboard sections #

All Slides #

This is where you upload and manage individual images and videos.
A slide can be a menu, promotion, welcome image, information screen or video.

Slideshows #

This is where you build playlists from your slides.
You can choose which slides appear, change their order and set how long each slide is displayed.

Templates #

This section contains Canva-based starter templates.
You can open a template in Canva, customize it, export it, and upload it as a slide.

Players #

This is where you manage your WelcomeTV Players.
You can view player status, assign slideshows and manage welcome screen settings.

Subscription #

This section shows your billing information, subscription status, renewal options and invoices.

Basic dashboard workflow #

Most daily tasks in WelcomeTV follow the same simple workflow.
First you create content, then you organize it, and finally you send it to the correct player.

  1. Create slides by uploading images or videos.
  2. Build a slideshow by adding slides and setting their order.
  3. Assign the slideshow to one or more players.
  4. Publish updates by saving your changes.
Tip:
Start with the Slides section first. A slideshow needs slides before it can display anything useful.
