Welcome Screens are configured directly from the Players section of the WelcomeTV dashboard.
This allows personalized guest messaging to be managed individually for each TV or room.
How to Create a Welcome Screen #
- Open the Players page
- Select the desired player
- Open the Welcome Screen settings
- Configure guest information
- Set timing and duration
- Save the changes
Once saved, the player will automatically retrieve the updated configuration when connected to the internet.

Configure when the Welcome Screen becomes active and when it expires.

Depending on connectivity and caching behavior:
- Updates may not appear instantly
- Offline players may synchronize later
- Playback refreshes automatically once connected
